Over the past 25 years, she has spent many summers over in Argyll sailing with family around the west coast and exploring the islands both here and further north.
Morag has painted and exhibited sea themes in the past and is returning now to this subject with renewed enthusiasm. Her inspiration comes from the Scottish landscapes, the history and the sea and distilled with her ancestral connections to the islands.
She hopes her paintings give a sense of the peace and connection that can be found in this magical landscape especially in these troubled times when being close to nature is something most of us want and need.
Morag exhibits her work in galleries around Scotland and also taken part in the annual exhibitions at the RSA.
